Mark who you want to meet — and who you've met
Swipe a row right to mark want to meet — a toggle, swipe again to unmark. Swipe left to mark met — this one always logs a new entry rather than unmarking, since you might talk to the same person more than once. Either way, a quick prompt appears to jot a note while it's fresh.
