Privacy Policy
SearchGuests is operated by SunnySide Lab Inc. This is an early-stage product, actively being built and tested — if anything here is unclear, email founders@searchguests.com and we'll answer directly.
What we collect
Your Luma session, established through Luma's own login flow — we never see or store your Luma password. The events and guest-list data Luma returns for accounts you're registered and approved for. Enrichment data (LinkedIn, Twitter, company, title) matched to those guests through third-party providers. Any notes or bookmarks you create on people you've met.
How we use it
To show you your own enriched guest lists, power search over the notes you create, and operate and improve the product. We don't sell your data and don't use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Luma, as the source of your events and guest lists. Enrichment providers we use to look up public LinkedIn/Twitter/company data for guests. Stripe, for payment processing if and when you subscribe — card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers. We don't share your data with anyone else.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. There's no self-serve delete yet — email founders@searchguests.com to request your data be removed, and we'll take care of it directly.
Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but no service can guarantee perfect security. Free-tier accounts have most guest details locked/masked server-side, not just hidden in the interface.
Changes
As an early-stage product, this policy may change as the product does. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
