What is SearchGuests?

It turns your Luma event guest lists into enriched, searchable profiles — LinkedIn, Twitter, company, and title, beyond what Luma itself shows. Guest info is cached for offline access, so a weak venue signal doesn't stop you mid-conversation. The point isn't to remember everything yourself: pre-write a talking point for someone you want to meet, or jot one down right after you talk to them, and let SearchGuests hold it instead of your brain. After the week, export everything you've logged to a spreadsheet.

Do you get my Luma password?

No. Sign-in uses Luma's own login flow and session — we never see or store your Luma password. That session is what lets us call Luma's API on your behalf to fetch your events and guest lists, and you can revoke it at any time from your account menu — that immediately cuts off SearchGuests' access.

Which events and guests can I see?

Only events you're registered and approved for, and only guest lists Luma's own event settings allow to be seen. There's no global directory — access always depends on your own account, the same as it would on Luma directly.

How does logging who I met work?

Jot a quick note before you talk to someone (a talking point, a reason you wanted to meet them) or right after (what you actually discussed) — even a fragment like a company name or a couple of letters of their name. Search for it again later, so day three of a busy week doesn't erase day one.

Does this work on my phone?

Yes — SearchGuests installs as an app on both iPhone and Android. On iPhone: open the site in Safari, tap the Share icon, then "Add to Home Screen." On Android: open it in Chrome and tap "Install app" when prompted (or the menu's "Add to Home screen").

Do you sell my data?

No. Your data is used to show you your own enriched guest lists and notes — never sold, never used for advertising. See the Privacy page for the full detail on what's collected and why.

How do I delete my data or stop using this?

There's no self-serve delete yet — email founders@searchguests.com and we'll take care of it directly.
